To become a customer of Mondial Flowerbulbs you must register by filling in your personal information. After sending the registration you get an e-mail with the information you gave during the registration. After that Mondial Flowerbulbs will approve (or disapprove) your application within 24 hrs. When your application is approved you're a customer.

Mondial Flowerbulbs will always keep all personal information of their customers secret. We will never distribute the information to third parties. Your personal information is confidential and Mondial Flowerbulbs is aware of that.

During the registration you had to make a choice for "Prices including/excluding boxprices".
Including means that all preperation costs and the costs for the boxes are included in the prices you see on the assortment page.
Excluding means that all preperation costs are included in the prices you see on the assortment page. But the prices for a box are excluded. The prices for the boxes are added to the total price when you are done ordering. Then you can see it on the bottom off the pro forma invoice you'll be requesting.
You can change your given option by going to "Manage Account" on the upper left corner of the website. Of course you have to be registered and logged on to the website.
After that you click the "Edit info" link and scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a link that you must click called "Send in a request to change this to: ...". When you click this link an e-mail will be send to Mondial Flowerbulbs. They must change the option by hand!!! You'll be informed when this is done.

View current order: You can see the order you were working on during your last visit.
Order history: You can see all the orders you have ever placed on our website. This page is divided in a "fullfilled" part and an "Unshipped" part. The state of your order can be seen there.
Manage account: here you can manage the information you filled in during the registration.
Manage shipping address: here you can add of delete your shipping addresses.
