The user ("User") accepts these Conditions when using the Website. Using the Website and the Information is only allowed when this usage is in agreement with the Conditions. The general delivery conditions of Mondial FlowerBulbs apply for delivery of products and the performance of any service by Mondial FlowerBulbs. Besides all this special conditions can also be applied.

Mondial FlowerBulbs has the right to change the prices. Mondial FlowerBulbs has the right to refuse orders and add conditions tot the delivery of the orders.
The order done by a User on the Website, is a pro forma for Mondial FlowerBulbs which is valid for 7 (seven) days. An order is called an order and is confirmed when Mondial FlowerBulbs has received the order and contacted the User about the order. The User will be informed by Mondial FlowerBulbs when the order has been received. The further ways of contact with the User to settle the order will be by telepone, (tele)fax and/or e-mail.

8. Payment
Mondial FlowerBulbs gives the User 7 (seven) different payment options:

100% pre-paid per bank of the amount on the invoice directly after placing an order; 7% discount.

50% pre-paid per bank of the amount on the invoice directly after placing an order, 50% of the amount on the invoice by bank at shipment; 4% discount.

50% pre-paid per bank of the amount on the invoice directly after placing an order, 50% of the amount on the invoice by LC Irrevocable at shipment; 4% discount.

30% pre-paid per bank of the amount on the invoice directly after placing an order, 70% of the amount on the invoice by bank at shipment; 2% discount.

30% pre-paid per bank of the amount on the invoice directly after placing an order, 70% of the amount on the invoice by LC Irrevocable at shipment; 2% discount.

10% pre-paid per bank of the amount on the invoice directly after placing an order, 90% of the amount on the invoice by bank at shipment; no discount.

1. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay the full amount given on the invoice directly after placing an order. This payment must be done by bank!
2. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay 50% of the amount given on the invoice directly after placing the order. This payment must be done by bank! The other 50% must be made by bank at shipment.
3. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay 50% of the amount given on the invoice directly after placing the order. This payment must be done by bank! The other 50% must be made by LC Irrevocable (60 days) at shipment.
4. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay 30% of the amount given on the invoice directly after placing the order. This payment must be done by bank! The other 70% must be made by bank at shipment.
5. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay 30% of the amount given on the invoice directly after placing the order. This payment must be done by bank! The other 70% must be made by LC Irrevocable (60 days) at shipment.
6. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay 10% of the amount given on the invoice directly after placing the order. This payment must be done by bank! The other 90% must be made by bank at shipment.
7. When you choose for this payment option you have to pay 10% of the amount given on the invoice directly after placing the order. This payment must be done by bank! The other 90% must be made by LC Irrevocable (60 days) at shipment.
With ‘pre-paid per bank (...) directly after placing an order’ Mondial FlowerBulbs means the payment of the amount on the invoice directly at once. After receiving the money Mondial FlowerBulbs makes sure that the order will be ready for shipment to the User on the specific given shipping date.
With ‘shipment’ Mondial FlowerBulbs means the moment that the goods leave the coldstores of Mondial FlowerBulbs.
With ‘by bank’ Mondial FlowerBulbs means payment by immediate transfer to the bank account of Mondial FlowerBulbs.
With ‘by LC Irrevocable’ Mondial FlowerBulbs means payment by Letter of Credit (60 days) irrevocable. The Letter of Credit irrevocable (60 days) must be according to the conditions made by Mondial FlowerBulbs. These conditions can be found in these Letter of Credit irrevocable conditions.
The ‘discount’ is calculated over the bulb prices per 1000.
Mondial FlowerBulbs can, at any time, without preliminary notification and statement of reason, change the discount percentages.

9. Quarantee (delivery, growth and flowering)
9.1
The quarantee given by Mondial FlowerBulbs ends when the goods leave the coldstores of Mondial FlowerBulbs. The User is responsible for the state the order is in during the transportation.
9.2.
Mondial FlowerBulbs can not be held responsible for growth and flowering of the goods supplied bij Mondial FlowerBulbs.
9.3
Claims by the User should be written and must be in possession of Mondial FlowerBulbs within 5 (five) days after the goods were received by the User.

10. Sundries
10.1
When Mondial FlowerBulbs is not able to complete the order because of force majeure the User will be contacted.
10.2
Mondial FlowerBulbs quarantees the supplied goods are equal to the goods the User asked for. When certain changes have to be made Mondial FlowerBulbs will contact the User.
10.3
Mondial FlowerBulbs is a company of Mondial Lelies b.v.. Mondial Lelies b.v. is registered at the Chamber of Commerce section Alkmaar in the Netherlands under the number 3706125.
10.4
The quality and inspection of the products of Mondial FlowerBulbs is on permanent supervision by our company which does the cooling and preperation of the products.
